In 2015, Cat & Cloud owners Chris, Jared, and Charles visited their friend Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora at his famed Bella Vista coffee mill and fell in love with this profile. Las Sonajas is a collaboration of 16 producers growing coffee over 1,700 meters up the Agua Volcano, just outside Antigua.
