This special lot was harvested by the Urcunina group in Nariño, Colombia, and decaffeinated at Colombia’s only decaffeination plant, using a sugarcane derivative called ethyl acetateSugarcane (EA) decafDecaffeination using ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane, common in Colombia.
