Character
The Duromina Cooperative emerged from a Technoserve project that transformed coffee production in Agaro, Ethiopia. Before the project, coffee in this area was considered low-quality and sold at low prices. Quality training, infrastructure investments, and cooperative business administration have resulted in high-quality coffee and economic opportunities for farmers. Duromina’s success is reflected in its beautifully expressive coffee: sweet, tea-like, and perfumed with honeysuckle-like florals and stone fruit flavors. Pronunciation: doo-roh-MEE-nah
