Caramelized. Direct. Robust Primary Origin: Peru Cajamarca We apply a caramelizing French roast (our darkest) to co-operative grown, high elevation, large bean Peruvian coffee. These beans absorb the dark degree of roast for a bold, deep and rich development of intensity and flavor.
