This is the North Idaho expression of an Italian espresso. And our founders were pretty passionate about getting that right. Vito's is a sweet, medium coffee with nutty notes. Think of the fluffy nougat in a candy bar, and you'll be getting pretty close. The profile here is marshmallowy with a caramelized sweetness, making Vito’s delightful on espresso.
