One of the most anticipated coffees of the year! This zero defect Yirgacheffe is one of the cleanest and sweetest coffees that we get each year. This coffee comes from a cooperative of over 2,000 small farm holders. It is then hand sorted and screened for size to ensure that it is top scoring.
