This pro-tool is a based on the traditional Italian flat-packer designed to distribute force evenly through the hand of the high-volume barista. This ergonomic design helps prevent occupational injuries. In addition the packing surface is a slight dome shape developed by David Schomer to increase extraction efficiency. It will make better shots than any other design.
