This Washed Tima lot is produced at the Wessi Washing Station, located deep within the Guji Zone, in Ethiopia’s Oromia Regional State. It is truly a one-of-a-kind coffee from the passionate producers at Sookoo Coffee. The Wessi Washing Station is located approximately 415 kilometers away from Addis Ababa and sits at an elevation ranging from 2,000 to 2,180 meters above sea level, offering optimal conditions for producing high quality coffee. This coffee comes from the collaborative effort of 35 dedicated farmers from the small village of Tima, hence its name.
