Tasting notes

Tastes Like: Chamomile, Spearmint, Orange Blossom Origin: Finca Potosi, Caicedonia, Valle, Colombia Variety: Sidra Elevation: 1420 - 1660 masl Process: Washed Grown on the high slopes of Caicedonia, this washed Sidra from Finca Potosí showcases exceptional clarity and elegance. Floral notes of orange blossom, chamomile, and citrus blossom lead into a silky, fruit-driven cup layered with watermelon, white peach, mandarin, and sugarcane sweetness. Hints of honey, dulce de leche, and a delicate coriander seed finish add depth and refinement. A remarkably clean and expressive Sidra with lingering panela-like sweetness—vibrant, juicy, and beautifully composed. *We are supporting a beloved member of the coffee community, Masha Zanozina, by donating all profits from purchases of this coffee this week to her GoFundMe for immigration legal support.
