LIMITED RELEASE Wilder calls this GeishaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction. from his farm, Bella Alajandría, "Pure Genetics." He received seeds from farms in Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica; he purified the genetics by eliminating the coffee trees that didn't match the flavor profile he liked. This geisha is vibed with lemongrass: After processing a batch of Lemongrass Geisha (co-fermentCo-fermentationCoffee fermented together with added fruit, yeast, or spices, which imprint their flavor on the bean. Loud, candy-like cups; purists debate whether it still 'tastes like coffee'.), they used the very same fermentation tanks and drying beds as the co-fermented coffee.
