Brothers Josiel and Jeferson were taught all about coffee by their grandfather "Grandpa Lazinho". When the two got married, the family became even closer and the two wives began to work actively on the property, focusing on post-harvest and management. Jessica and Cleissimara became very involved in the Donas Coffee Project and the family farm has been recognized through the Cooxupes Especialissimo program. They installed a small suspended drying bed for the production of micro lots, this has allowed them to produce excellent coffees from the higher altitude areas of their farm. We are excited to have this relationship and work with this family for years to come.
