Winning not only the 2021 U.S. Barista Championship in the hands of Andrea Allen, but also 1st place in the World Barista Championship of 2021. This is one of the most decorated coffees in history, and one of the most unique coffees we roast and prepare each year. We are excited to bring it to our Echelon subscribers for 2025.
