Tasting notes

Zulieth is the daughter of Luz Mila Masabuel, another eminent coffee farmer from Inzá, Cauca, in southwestern Colombia. Following in her mother's path, Zulieth now manages her own farm, Finca Bellavista, in the mountains above the town of San José. Hers is a lovely expression of Cauca's coffee, pairing crisp red apple with warm cherry, caramel, milk chocolate, and subtle citrus—an excellent option for both filter and espresso preparations.
