Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural.-processed microlots we selected from the 2025 harvest at Ratnagiri Estate that exemplify how Mr. Ashok Patre’s meticulously developed processing techniques translate to elevated flavor profiles characterized by notable sweetness and complexity. The result of "controlled microbial fermentation inside custom-made bioreactors”, this particular lot exhibits deep sweetness with flavors of baked apple and dried fruit, as well as a mildly floral black tea quality in the finish.
