With a unique microclimate, La Cañada has longer rainy seasons, presenting challenges for coffee processing—however, the coffees here are vibrant and bright with notes of stone fruit and citrus. In the cup, you’ll find sweet and bright notes of plum, citrus, and chocolate. The San Pedro Sochiapam community is nestled in the La Cañada province of Oaxaca.
