With a unique microclimate, La Cañada has longer rainy seasons, which present challenges for coffee processing; however, the coffees here are vibrant and bright, with notes of stone fruit and citrus. This reserve lot from Sochiapam was crafted by selecting the highest-scoring coffee lots from the community.
