Character
We’ve been working with Anny Ruth and her family for as long as we have records here at Sagebrush, which is why with a heavy heart we say that this is the last lot of coffee we’ll be offering from her, as she is moving onto her next chapter of life and away from coffee production. This coffee is a great, clean cup with lots of traditional earthy tones. There is a consistent mouthfeelBodyThe weight and texture of coffee in the mouth, from tea-like and delicate to syrupy and heavy. Driven by process, roast, variety, and brew method. with minimal acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. that gets smoother as it cools. A great coffee for espresso and other bolder brew methods, but I love it on pour over too. - Jonathan
