Laboyano is a cool blendBlendCoffees from multiple origins roasted or mixed together for a consistent, balanced profile year-round — the traditional backbone of espresso menus. of tiny, high-scoring lots that were too small to separate and export independently. Each constituent lot is the highest-quality cherry from each of a group of producers in the valley of Laboyano. In the cup, we find a caramel-like sweetness, tangerine, and raspberry.
