This lot is exclusively comprised of deliveries from Chelchele — a small kebele (neighborhood) that delivers to the Chelbessa washing stationWashing stationA central mill where many smallholder farmers deliver cherry for processing. In Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda the station name (e.g. Idido) often identifies the coffee., which is located in a region that produces some of our favorite coffees each year: Gadeb. In the cup we find ripe stone fruit, green florals, and melon.
