This is a lovely Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. selection from our project in San Agustín. This is our first year purchasing from Deison Rodriguez, and it is an honor to bring this lot to market. In the cup we find marmalade, baking spice, and eucalyptus.
