This coffee from Jhon Alexander Bermudez continues to have one of the most unique profiles we've found in Colombia; far more reminiscent of a profile we typically only find in southern Ethiopia. In the cup we find ripe peach, very bright acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and hops.
