Jhon Alexander Bermudez's Chiroso continues to have one of the most unique profiles we've found in Colombia. It is far more reminiscent of coffees we typically find in southern Ethiopia, packed with ripe blueberry, very bright acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and hops.
