This is a Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. selection from a region we worked in more extensively in the past. Rica Brisa in Tarqui has always been a bit mysterious, and it is exciting to bring a lot from this special place back to the menu. In the cup we find raspberry jam, Key lime, and caramel apple.
