Gedeb produces some of the best coffees in the world, which is why we've been working there for several years. This is our first year working with the Chelchele washing stationWashing stationA central mill where many smallholder farmers deliver cherry for processing. In Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda the station name (e.g. Idido) often identifies the coffee., and we're very pleased with this cup of peach candy, jasmine pearls, and cantaloupe.
