This is a really lovely honeyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural.-processed selection from extreme altitude in Arbegona––one of our favorite growing regions in Ethiopia. In the cup we find a profile of vibrant tropical fruits, herbal tea, and melon.
