Tasting notes

This is our first decaf offering and, to be honest, we're quite happy with it. In the cup we find a lovely, cherry-like acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., excellent sweetness, and good fruit complexity.
