Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. Harvest : May 2018 In the Cup: jasmine, tropical fruit, white tea Elida Estate has been producing coffee for over 30 years, and has consistently placed in the top 10 of the Best of Panama since the competition's inception. The farm lies at 1,850 masl within the Volcan National Forest Reserve. This provides excellent shade (for slow cherry maturation), biodiversity, and organic compounds for soil health which in turn produces some of the most complex coffee cherries ever tasted. This coffee sold for a staggering $661/lb at the auction this year, which is the most expensive washed coffee in history .
