This is the season’s first release from Espírito Santo, Brazil. In this, our third year working in the region, it continues to redefine our understanding and expectations of Brazilian profiles and quality potential. This particular lot is extremely clean; nuanced with red berries, an apple-like acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and excellent sweetness.
