In the cup, we find intense acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., pink grapefruit, mango, and a softer—almost delicate—melon finish.
