This is our first year working with Jose Bolaños, and this GeshaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction. separation is remarkably dynamic and complex. In the cup we find a fruit-forward profile of strawberry, nectarine, and jasmine.
