Rubiela has a very long history of producing beautiful coffees, and this lovely CastilloCastilloColombia's leaf-rust-resistant variety, bred by Cenicafé from Caturra and Timor hybrid. Long dismissed by purists, it now wins competitions when grown and processed well. Tambo is no exception. In the cup we find dark fruit, yellow tropicals, and excellent sweetness.
