This is a new producer to us from Tarqui—a region that we've only started to explore this year. In the cup we find a delicate structure of stone fruit and vanilla, a soft nuanced citrus acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and a lightly oxidized oolong florality.
