This is an exceptional BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. separation from a wonderful young couple. This is our first year working with Wilmer and Yenni, and the future is looking very bright for them!
