We've partnered with the Nyampinga Women's Cooperative since 2014, and this release marks an exciting first: their inaugural naturally processed coffee. Grown by 235 women producers in Southern Rwanda, this lot showcases vibrant notes of apricot, marionberry, and grape with a lively, fruit-forward profile. Naturally dried on raised African beds, the whole coffee cherry remains intact throughout processing, giving this coffee it's distinctive taste and using less water than traditional washedWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse.
