Character

A coffee that's bright, juicy, and bursting with fruit. We've partnered with the Nyampinga Women's Cooperative since 2014, and this release marks an exciting first: their inaugural naturally processed coffee. Grown by 235 women producers in Southern Rwanda, this lot showcases vibrant notes of apricot, marionberry, and grape with a lively, fruit-forward profile. Naturally dried on raised African beds, the whole coffee cherry remains intact throughout processing, giving this coffee it's distinctive taste and using less water than traditional washed methods.
