The dos Santos family have deep roots across the mountain range of Caconde, producing coffee for over 40 years. This season, our Red BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. lot is sweetly flavoured with notes of vanilla and chocolate.
