Its unmistakably transparent and classic Costa Rican structure shines through. JuicyAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. notes of blood orange are rounded out by a delicate honeydew sweetness, while a bright, nippy acidity reminiscent of grapefruit adds balance to the cup.
