Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. lot is tropical and confectionery, opening with bright Pineapple and Candied Orange before settling into a smooth Custard sweetness. Rounded and vibrant, it’s a beautiful expression of Santa Barbara’s high-elevation clarity.
