Descriptive associations, not ingredients: nothing is added to the coffee.: Milk Chocolate, Biscuit, Candied Apple . Sweetness: ●● ● ● ○ BodyBodyThe weight and texture of coffee in the mouth, from tea-like and delicate to syrupy and heavy. Driven by process, roast, variety, and brew method.: ●●● ● ○ AcidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it.: ● ● ○ ○○ *The April Coffee Capsules are 100% Home Compostable. Brewing Recommendations: Water Matters and if you want to get the most out of your capsules we recommended incorporating the April Water Minerals . There are only a few cities in the world where your tap water is suitable for coffee brewing. We recommend to create two settings on your machine. 10 seconds for the short brew and 20 seconds for long brew. You can adjust most machines by holding down the button you want to program for the length of the brew (make sure you have a capsule in the machine when you do this). If you want more volume of coffee we recommend doing 2-3 capsules on the 20 seconds program. In-between each brew we recommend to make a brew without a capsule to "clean" the machine. Why Coffee Capsules? Here April our mission is to Reclaim Coffee Flavor and we are curious and interested in how we can do that across the wide range of brewing methods that exists in the world. That's right, we look at Capsule Coffee as it's own individual brew method and we fine-tune our roasting, grinding and dosing with as much attention to detail as when we make an Espresso or April Pour Over. We took a short break from our capsule production to investigate and explore new and improved materials that would be Home Compostable. Most importantly, as with any cup of coffee, the difference is in the raw material being used. In our range of Capsules we feature a selection of our partner farmers best lots of coffee. Each traded directly from the producer with a respect for the value chain and the aim to give you the best possible taste experience.
