Character
Assembly Coffee x Ocelot Chocolate A collaboration of two-flavour makers with a shared commitment to craft and provenance. Handmade in Scotland, it’s an expression of two vibrant supply chains celebrated together in one exceptional chocolate bar. Provenance The cacao used by Ocelot for this bar is produced in the Virunga National Park region of DR Congo by Femme de Virunga - the world’s first female cacao cooperative. The coffee atop is produced nearby by the Sopade farmer group - situated on the southern edge of Virunga - and was selected as one of the winning coffees at this year’s inaugural Best of Congo quality competition.
