This coffee was developed with versatility in mind. Brewable as either espresso or filter/drip this coffee aims to please. As far as roast level, it lies somewhere between our Sunrise and Dark Canyon. So if you are looking for something a little darker than Sunrise but not quite as dark as Dark Canyon this is the coffee for you!
