Character
Named after one of DOMA's founders, Rebecca Patano, this organic blendBlendCoffees from multiple origins roasted or mixed together for a consistent, balanced profile year-round — the traditional backbone of espresso menus. has a beautiful depth and balance. An Ethiopia coffee in the blend shines with a blueberry-type sweetness, while a Sumatra rounds out the profile with earthy, nutty flavors. It makes for a silky espresso, excellent in milk, but it's also great on its own. On pour-over you'll find delightful notes of fruit, chocolate and brown sugar.
