Most of the world's coffee is grown this way, typically pooled at cooperatives or washing stations. farmers, Cooperative Entre Ríos was built on a shared commitment to collaboration, quality, and long-term sustainability. After initially operating within a larger organization, the group made the pivotal decision to become fully independent in 2018. They elected new leadership and secured their own certification, taking control of their future. That same year, a transformative partnership with Los Volcanes Coffee provided the stability they needed to move forward. As the cooperative’s exclusive buyer, Los Volcanes Coffee has ensured consistent market access and fair opportunity for its members. Since 2019, all of Cooperative Entre Ríos’ production has been successfully sold through this partnership, providing much-needed stability and growth while ensuring the cooperative thrives, and the hard work of its members is rewarded.
