Finca El Morito is in the Cajamarca region of Peru, which is one of our favourite and often underrated coffee growing areas in Peru! Caturra coffees often have very approachable profiles, lots of warm notes of caramel and nuttiness, balanced by pleasant acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. and some berry notes. This one is no different.
