Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. A new lot located in the center (Centro) of Elida and partially located inside the Baru Volcano National Park.This process was fermented for 1 day in a RF then washed sun-slow dried in raised beds. RF Reactor Fermenter: Fermented anaerobically in our proprietary Reactor Fermenter (RF), a sealed Stainless-Steel tank that rotates constantly, evenly distributing the must over the fruits.
