Ethiopian Filter Coffee Taster – A Journey Through Flavour Our Filter Coffee Taster is a curated selection of four unique Ethiopian coffees. Sourced directly from different regions of Ethiopia, each coffee is sustainably produced, carefully roasted in Denmark, and crafted for those who appreciate true specialty coffee. We work through direct trade with smallholder farmers, ensuring high quality, fairness, and a meaningful social impact. This taster pack includes four different coffees: Aynu, Beza, Nehi, and Worke. Three are medium roasts, each highlighting the richness and depth of Ethiopian coffee. One is a light roast, carefully roasted to preserve its delicate notes. Each bag contains 100 grams of freshly roasted whole coffee beans, offering a total of 400 grams of exquisite coffee. Whether you are a dedicated coffee enthusiast or a curious newcomer to specialty coffee, this taster offers an ideal opportunity to explore the variety and complexity of Ethiopian coffee. Brew it as filter, pour-over, or French press — it will shine in every method. Aynu – Balanced & Bright Aynu is a medium roast coffee with a bright and balanced profile. It comes from the highlands of Sidama, a region famous for producing sweet and aromatic coffees. This coffee features a gentle floral aroma with light citrus notes and a clean, tea-like body. The flavors are refined and elegant. Expect subtle fruitiness, delicate acidity, and a silky finish. Aynu is ideal for filter or pour-over, where its clarity and balance are most evident. It represents the lighter side of medium roasts, offering complexity without heaviness. Beza – Bold & Aromatic Beza is a naturally processed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region. It is our most aromatic coffee, with a rich and expressive profile. Roasted to a medium level, Beza brings out notes of dried berries, warm spice, and floral undertones.
