Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural. crisp apple This coffee is known for it's super clean cup, due to the strict policy of only picking ripe cherries. This attention to detail is what sets Costa Rica coffee apart from many Central America coffee growing countries and keeps quakers to a minimum. This coffee is patio dried initially then finished in mechanical dryers for the perfect moisture content.
