The Colombia Nogales Low-Caff is one of the most technically innovative coffees we've come across. Developed by Oscar and Angie Hernández at Finca Los Nogales in Huila, Colombia, this process removes 75–97% of the caffeine using only natural substances from the coffee cherries themselves — no outside chemicals, no shortcuts. What you're left with is a juicy, tart, and herbaceous cup with notes of strawberry, apple, and chamomile. It's avant-garde in every sense, and proof that low-caff doesn't have to mean low-interest.
