Situated in the Mantiqueira de Minas region, Sítio da Torre benefits from high elevations, fertile soil, and distinct seasons, creating an ideal environment for cultivating dense and sweet cherries. Notably, they hold the Denomination of Origin seal, ensuring the quality and origin of their coffee. A distinguishing feature is their selective hand-picking of cherries, a rarity in Brazil. Álvaro has garnered recognition for his exceptional coffees and 29 placements in the Brazil Cup of ExcellenceCup of Excellence (COE)A national competition and auction that identifies a country's best lots each year; winning 'COE' lots command dramatic price premiums..
