Region: Santa Cruz Naranjo, Santa Rosa Elevation: 1500 masl About: Finca El Carmen is located in the mountains that surround the beautiful El Pino Lake in Santa Rosa. The farm has been producing coffee since the 1950s but was purchased by Rigoberto Morales Santos in 1970. His son, Ivan, and his grandson, Rigo, now run the farm and have begun cultivating new and exotic varieties, with Pacamara being one of the most successful.
