FOR BARRIOS, COFFEE FARMING IS BOTH A PASSION AND A LIVELIHOOD, AND HE TAKES GREAT CARE IN PRODUCING HIGH- QUALITY, EXCEPTIONAL COFFEE. HE MAINLY GROWS PACAMARA AND BOURBONBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. VARIETIES, WHILE ALSO EXPERIMENTING WITH HYBRID COFFEE PLANTS TO EXPLORE NEW FLAVOURS.
